*Aug and July discount for bi-weekly ($500 Savings) and monthly rentals ($1000 Savings)
*All rentals subject to $250 cleaning fee and $150 pet fee, if applicable. Utility fees may apply for monthly overages.
Rental Fees include 10% Security Deposit, Utility Fees (Monthly renters only), Pet Fee ($150 per dog), Cleaning Fee ($250). Fees can be paid in installments but MUST be paid in full by April 1. No Cancellations after April 1, 2025.
We love our dogs and want you to feel comfortable bringing your furry friends with you. Well trained dogs are welcome to stay with a $150 pet fee per dog.
An EV Charger is available for use for an additional EV Charging Fee. Inquire for more information.
Enjoy our beach chairs, beach tags and umbrella, 4 bikes with helmets and beach games....Spike ball, 4 Pickleball paddles, Giant Jenga and 2 boogie boards.
Linens for all beds included in rental. 12 sets of towels and blankets for couches are also included.

Use your 4 digit code to access the front door and she shed.
We ask you to strip the beds and bring linens and towels to the laundry room. Trash bags should be placed in bins outside and the dishwasher run upon check out.
